  • Do I have to pay for my package upfront?

    A one-off deposit is required to secure your website package. 


    Deposits range from £30 for the starter package, £60 for the web and socials package and £100 for the premium package.


    The deposit is paid now, however, this will be used to cover the first months subscription to your chosen website package, starting from the date that the website is published. 


    Once the website is published, we will send over a payment link to enable you to continue the subscription service.  

  • Is there a minimum contract term?

    Each package has a 12 months minimum subscription. After this period the monthly subscription will be on a rolling monthly contract and can be cancelled at any time.  

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We can accept BACS, standing orders, or credit card payments.

  • How long will it take to get my website online?

    This all depends on the package and the complexity of the website required. Once we've had our initial discussions, we'll aim to get your website design sketched out within 5-10 working days 

  • What if I want to upgrade my package?

    If you decide you'd like to upgrade your package, it's no problem, we'll just discuss the changes required and once the upgrade is complete the payment can be amended. 

  • Can I have any domain?

    We can assist you with choosing your perfect domain. The package price covers many .co.uk and .uk domains, however prices may vary depending on the domain(s) you choose. Any additional domain costs can be agreed in advance of any payments being required. If you have any further questions, please do get in touch

  • What if I already own a domain?

    This shouldn't be a problem, however we'll need to discuss with your current hosting company, to check whether domain transfer or forwarding is possible.  

  • What if I want to make changes to my site?

    Small changes and edits to the site can be made once a month, as part of the subscription plan. 


    If you need more frequent or larger changes, please get in touch to discuss the options
